Question 1

How much will my project cost?

Accepted Answer

Cost depends on scope, features, integrations and platform. Use our project estimator for an indicative range, or see our published price guide — for example, a marketing website starts from A$6,000, a web application from A$25,000, and a mobile app from A$30,000. A short scoping call confirms the exact number.

Question 2

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary by project type: a marketing website typically takes 3–5 weeks, a web application 8–14 weeks, a mobile app 10–20 weeks, and a custom platform or SaaS product 16–28 weeks. We confirm a realistic timeline during the discovery and scoping phase.

Question 3

Who owns the code and IP?

Accepted Answer

You do, entirely. All code, documentation and runbooks land in your own repositories at handover. There is no vendor lock-in and no licensing arrangement that restricts your use of what we build.

Question 4

Who will actually be working on my project?

Accepted Answer

Senior engineers only. The people who scope your project during discovery are the same people who build it — there is no handover to junior staff after the pitch.

Question 5

How do you handle communication?

Accepted Answer

You get a weekly demo and a weekly written update throughout the build, direct access to the delivery channel, and a named point of contact for the duration of the project.

Question 6

What happens if the project goes wrong?

Accepted Answer

Every project runs on fixed scope and fixed price, with milestone payments — 40% to begin, 30% at midpoint, and 30% on delivery — so risk is shared rather than front-loaded. Any change to scope goes through an agreed change process before work begins.

Question 7

Can you work with our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes — integration is a core part of what we do, connecting to existing CRMs, ERPs, databases and third-party APIs via REST, middleware and webhooks as needed.

Question 8

Do you sign NDAs and security agreements?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We sign NDAs and security agreements on request, and every platform we build goes through our own internal security review before go-live.
